The house includes a living and dining-area with an open fireplace and an attached open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
On demand, two sofas in the living-room serve as additional accommodations.
In front of the living-room there is a partly roofed terrace with garden furniture, and aside of it there is a barbecue area.

In the eastward direction the terraced gardens with natural stone walls, flowers and lawns run down the slope and there is also a carport.
The swimming pool is framed by a terrace and equipped with a counter current flow system.
The entire roof serves as an additional sun terrace. The eastern half has benches and is roofed by a pergola.
Sunshades, deck chairs and other garden furniture are available.
